Why the welcome bonus didn’t credit

  1. OTP not verified. The bonus credits AFTER you complete the SMS-OTP verification, not at registration. If you closed the OTP screen halfway, finish it from your account page (Settings → Verification).
  2. Profile incomplete. Some platforms require name + DOB before crediting. Complete your profile in Settings → Personal Info.
  3. You used a referral link instead of public registration. Referral signups sometimes get a different bonus structure (better OR worse — read what the link promised).
  4. Account previously created on this device. Welcome bonuses are one-per-device + one-per-mobile-number. Re-registration is detected.
  5. Bonus is in a separate wallet. Look for “Bonus Balance” or “Bonus Wallet” — it may be there, just not in your main wallet.

Why a deposit bonus disappeared

Bonus money + winnings from bonus play are locked until the wagering requirement is met. The bar fills as you place bets. Until 100%, the bonus money is visible but not withdrawable.

If you tried to withdraw before wagering complete, the bonus + bonus-derived winnings get forfeited per the platform’s terms. The platform enforces this automatically — no “I didn’t read the T&C” appeal works.

Read bonus T&C BEFORE claiming any future bonus. Look for: wagering multiple, max-bet-during-wagering cap, expiry, eligible games, withdrawal-cap on bonus winnings.

How to claim a bonus that genuinely didn’t credit

  1. Wait 30 minutes after registration / deposit — some bonuses have a delayed credit.
  2. Refresh the wallet (pull down to refresh on mobile).
  3. Check the Bonus Balance section separately from main wallet.
  4. Confirm OTP verification status in Settings → Verification.
  5. If still not credited: open a support ticket with subject “Welcome bonus not credited”, your registered number, registration timestamp, and a screenshot of the empty wallet.
  6. If you used a referral / promo code, include it in the ticket.

What about other bonus types that disappeared?

Daily login bonus

Most platforms credit small daily login rewards. These usually expire 24 hours after credit if not used. Check the bonus history page; expired bonuses won’t show in active wallet.

Cashback bonuses

Weekly/monthly cashback (usually 1–5% of net losses) credits on a fixed schedule, not immediately after a loss. Check the platform’s promotion calendar for credit dates.

Deposit-match bonuses

“Deposit ₹X get ₹Y free” bonuses require explicit opt-in BEFORE depositing. If you didn’t tick the opt-in checkbox, the bonus doesn’t apply — even if you deposited the right amount.

Why didn’t my Daman welcome bonus credit?

Most often: OTP verification not completed, profile incomplete, or your device/number already had a previous account. Welcome bonuses are one-per-device and one-per-number.

Where is the bonus balance shown?

In a separate “Bonus Wallet” or “Bonus Balance” line, not the main real-money balance. Check the wallet screen for both.

Can I withdraw the welcome bonus directly?

No. Bonus + winnings from bonus bets must be wagered the required multiple before they convert to withdrawable balance. Withdrawing before that forfeits the bonus.

What if my bonus was credited but disappeared the next day?

Two possibilities: (1) you tried to withdraw before wagering complete, which voided the bonus, or (2) the bonus had an expiry that lapsed. Check Bonus History for the specific reason.

Can I get the welcome bonus credited a second time?

No — strictly one per device/number. Some platforms allow occasional reload bonuses to existing players, but those have separate T&C and are not the welcome bonus.
