What we measured

Daman withdrawal screen showing available balance ₹408,873.59, ARPay UPI payout, beneficiary ROHIT KUMAR msakirul51@ybl, and quick-amount buttons from ₹500 to ₹50K
Daman withdrawal: ARPay UPI is the fastest channel; pre-set amount buttons from ₹500 to ₹50K.

We submitted 30 withdrawals over 14 days in May 2026. All from accounts with completed KYC and verified UPI handles. All to bank accounts where the holder name matched the PAN exactly. Times measured from “Submit” click to UPI credit notification on phone.

Percentile Time
Fastest (P10) 5 min
Median (P50) 18 min
P75 27 min
P90 45 min
Slowest (max) 2 hr 14 min (after-hours request, processed next morning)

All test withdrawals between ₹110 and ₹2,500 to a verified UPI handle, business hours unless noted. Larger amounts (₹10,000+) trigger an additional review and typically take longer.

The 5 reasons withdrawals get stuck

1. KYC incomplete (most common — ~60% of stuck cases)

You can play without KYC but cannot withdraw. Required: PAN card photo, bank passbook OR canceled cheque OR stamped UPI confirmation, sometimes a selfie holding the PAN. Submit via Settings → KYC. Approval: 24–72 hours business days.

2. Welcome-bonus wagering not yet met (~15%)

If you used the ₹500 welcome bonus, you must wager it the required multiple before bonus + bonus-derived winnings convert to withdrawable. Until then, you can withdraw your real-money deposit but not the bonus. Bonus details here.

3. Name mismatch between PAN and bank account (~10%)

The bank holder name must exactly match the PAN name. “Rajesh K Singh” and “Rajesh Kumar Singh” both fail. Spaces matter. Initials matter. Easier fix: update your bank account name to match the PAN at the bank branch.

4. Withdrawal requested outside business hours (~10%)

Requests after 11 PM or on Sundays often queue until next business window. Be patient before raising a ticket.

5. Suspicious activity flag (~5%)

Triggered by patterns like: deposit-then-immediate-large-withdrawal, multiple accounts on same device/IP, withdrawal to a different bank than originally KYC’d. Manual review takes 24–72 hours. Submit a support ticket with subject “Withdrawal flagged — manual review request.”

What to do if your withdrawal is stuck

  1. Check Wallet → Withdrawal History first. Status will be one of: Pending, Processing, Approved, Paid, Rejected.
  2. Status “Approved” but no money in bank? The platform has paid out — wait up to 24 hours for bank-side settlement. Then contact your bank with the transaction reference number, not Daman support.
  3. Status “Pending” > 24 hours? Submit a support ticket via Settings → Customer Service. Subject: “Withdrawal pending — request status.”
  4. Status “Rejected”? The reason appears on the same screen. Address it (usually KYC name mismatch or wagering not met) and resubmit.
  5. Don’t call any “customer care number” you find on Google. They’re scammers. Real support is in-app only. More on this scam pattern.

How to make withdrawals faster from day one

  • Complete KYC immediately after registration, before depositing anything beyond ₹100.
  • Use a UPI handle in the same name as your PAN. Don’t use a friend’s UPI even if you’ve sent them money before.
  • Withdraw during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM weekdays). After-hours requests queue.
  • Don’t deposit-and-immediately-withdraw the same amount; this triggers the suspicious-activity review.
  • Test with ₹110 as your first withdrawal. Confirms the pipeline works. Then withdraw larger amounts confidently.

What’s the absolute fastest Daman withdrawal possible?

5 minutes from request to UPI credit, in our testing. This requires: verified KYC, name-matched UPI handle, request during business hours, amount under ₹2,500, and no suspicious-activity flags.

Why does the first withdrawal take so much longer?

First-time withdrawals trigger a manual KYC review even if your documents are uploaded. The platform verifies the PAN-bank-UPI chain by hand. Once cleared, all subsequent withdrawals to the same UPI handle skip this step.

Can I withdraw to a UPI handle in someone else’s name?

No. Daman matches the UPI account holder name to your registered PAN name. Mismatches reject the withdrawal automatically.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Yes — typically ₹110. Below that, the request errors out. The ₹110 floor exists because UPI processing fees make smaller transfers uneconomic.

What about TDS — does the platform deduct tax automatically?

Yes. Section 194BA requires platforms to deduct 30% TDS on net winnings at withdrawal time, no threshold. The TDS appears in your Form 26AS. You file the income under “Income from Other Sources” in your annual ITR.
